Peasy Copy Commander

Windows Firewall

First run the Peasy Copy Commander. In the system tray click on the  icon to show Windows Firewall

Then press the following image for the Firewall settings

Then choose "Allow an app though the FireWall" link.

Click on the "Change Setting" button. Then click on the "Allow another app.."

As the Peasy Copy Commander should be running it should be seen on the list. Pick it and accept it for private network types. If this fails to work then the instead choose "Advance Settings" instead of  "Allow an app though the FireWall". The the specific ports can be opened.

Then choose "Advance Settings" link, this will open Windows Defender Firewall.

Select the "Inbound Rules" and then from the Action menu choose "New Rule...".

Choose new Port then press Next button.

Enter the multicast port number that is used by Peasy Copy Commander. Normally this would be UDP 5657

Then choose the defaults as follows

Give is a meaningful name

Finally select Finish button to complete the action. It may be necessary to restart the computer.
