Setting the Serial Communications Port
This allows the baud rate, data bits, stop bits and parity to be chosen. The dialog window is available from the Capture>Serial Port menu or from the tool bar button. The settings for both the DCE and DTE channels are independent.
Baud rates
Possible baud rate settings in bits per second for different operating systems.

Data bits
Data bits can be set from 5 to 8.
Stop bits
The number of stop bits can be 1 or 2.
Parity
The parity can be none, odd or even. Note that parity checking is not avaliable on all PC serial port's hardware.
