Call Options
Call options allow the user to control how their calls are handled.
Record calls when unavailable
This enable answering machine type operation for recording voice mail when the call can not be answered. This occurs immediately if the user is not logged in or when the "Ring out time" has expired.
Ring out time (secs)
This is the number of seconds that elapse while a call is ringing before it is marked as unanswered and hangs up. If the "Record calls when unavailable" options is set the call will be directed to record a voice message before hanging up.
Accept text messages
Instant text message can be disabled if this option is not selected.
Record incoming calls
Enables recording of incoming calls in the call history.
Record outgoing calls
Enables recording of outgoing calls in the call history.
Record missed calls
Enables recording of missed calls in the call history. Note that this does not disable missed calls when the caller leaves a voice message.
Record text messages
Enables recording of text messages in the call history. Note that this does not disable missed text messages when offline messages are received.
