Auto Mail Reply
Auto mail reply is used for any type of automatic mail response. Such as when one is out of the office and wants an automatic email reply to inform the sender that there will not be a response.
To set up or adjust the auto mail reply use the menu Account > Auto mail reply.
Use auto reply
Tick this option to enable the auto reply to respond whenever it receives any mail.
Reply once
Tick this option to so that the sender does not get a second notification of the automatic mail response.
Subject
This is the subject field of the email.
