Peasy Clipboard Manager

Settings Window

The Peasy Clipboard Manager settings window is accessed from the tool bar  icon.

The maximum entries is the total number of clipboard entries it will hold. The oldest will be lost if more are added.

Poll time in milliseconds

This parameter is only available on operating systems such as Linux that do not provide a clip board update notification. The clip board has to be constantly polled to check if there is new paste data. By default the time is set for one second (a value of 1000 milliseconds). However for rapid pasting this can be too slow and entries may be missed. If this is the case then this value can be reduced.

Use system tray

The application can hide away in the System Tray when not actively used. It will continue to collect the clipboard in the back ground

The 'Minimize to system' tray option will hide in the System Tray when the minimize button is pressed.

Similarly the 'Close to system tray' option will hide in the System Tray when the application close button is pressed.

To open the application from the System Tray a single or double click can be used depending upon the 'Single click to show application' setting.
